Sir Victor Martin Reeves Goodman KCB OBE MC (14 February 1899 – 29 September 1967) was a British public servant and Clerk of the Parliaments from 1959 to 1963.〔''Who Was Who'', A & C Black, 1920–2008; online edn, Oxford University Press, Dec 2007.〕 He was educated at Eton College.〔 He served in the First World War with the Coldstream Guards, and was awarded the Military Cross in 1919.
